Hey Joseph Since you’re running a new CBO campaign, Facebook has limited data on your conversion rate and costs per action. It's basically telling you that Facebook doesn't think it can achieve $24 costs per action on your ads. Two things you can do to get more spend are: 1) Increase your cost cap gradually over a few days until you get more spend. 2) Remove cost caps completely and control your spend with daily ad budgets. Within a few days of testing you should find what your true costs are and Facebook will collect more data as well. Then it’s all about optimizing your ads and dating funnel from there.
Hey Taige, echoing what Hanson mentioned earlier. For one, $0.30 CPCs are very cheap on Facebook. While achievable, it's usually very difficult to do in a competitive niche like dating. Since you're new to running FB ads I'd try to first establish a baseline of your CPCs. Two ways you can do this are: 1) Increase your cost cap gradually until you get some spend. 2) Remove cost caps and control your spend with daily budgets. Within a few days of testing you should find what your CPC is. Then it's all about optimizing your ads and dating funnel from there.
