I've been an internet marketer since a young age. I launched my first profitable adwords campaign at the age of 13 with my own capital. I saw the positive effects of asking for help when I needed it, learning from free materials online, and getting help from mentors whenever I'm stuck on something.
This enabled me to sell my internet startup, an online music search engine at the age of 16 to a boutique private equity firm after convincing an engineer and marketer to team up with me at 15. I proposed leveraging Google and Bing's Search API for scalable relevant searches when most companies attempted to create their own internal database. My solution I architected resulted in having one of the most comprehensive databases on the internet with over 500,000 songs ranking #1 for many long tailed keyphrases. This was before Youtube became mainstream and people were downloading music from Limewire still. We reached 10,000 unique visitors per day and we were a top 25,000 website.
I got my start from SEO with that, and from there I was able to rank for many competitive category killer keyword groups in multiple verticals for myself and clients including finance, health, education, gambling, and social.
Some of these keywords included being #1 for "Penny Stocks", and #1 for "Online Gambling".
I picked up Problems.com on my 24th birthday in an online auction. I couldn't make it to the event but I sent my broker there to bid on my behalf through video chat. Since then I've been offered over mid six figures for the domain but I've never sold. The short term gains aren't important to me. My cause and mission is what drives, excites, and inspires me.
My goal is to enable entrepreneurs, businesses and consultants overcome problems, challenges and get closer to their goals. I saw first hand how the power of the internet helped create many opportunities for me and I want to enable others to achieve the same scale and realize their potential.
